From modest beginnings serving the Capital Region of New York State, InterClaim later established offices along the eastern seaboard. Our firm entered the national disaster market in 1983 representing victims of Hurricane Alicia after that storm devastated the state of Texas. Our success for clients in regional and national claims environments set the firm on its path toward success worldwide.

In 1988, after Hurricane Gilbert battered the islands of the Caribbean, InterClaim was there. Our team of professional consultants mobilized to assist policyholders abroad, overcoming challenges of differing laws and business cultures, to deliver the same quality professional service expected in the United States. Since then InterClaim has represented clients after major disasters wherever they occur.
